World Book Day

In March 2026 the children celebrated World Book Day. Our children love books and reading, so many activities were planned to enjoy the magic of books. Children from our Junior school visited with a range of picture books and read to our children which was a real highlight. We organised a competition to make a book which proved highly popular with over 50 children participating. There were a range of wonderful books made, including picture books, story books and information books. Congratulations to all the children who entered and to our winners Jasper from Reception, Harper from Year 1 and Bilal from Year 2. On World Book Day the children dressed up as characters from books and talked to their class about their character.
