Charity Day 2024

This year our school supported the charity Guide Dogs for the Blind and raised over £1,000 thanks to the generous donations from parents. Our support staff and School Council organised a wonderful day, full of fun activities. The children came to school in home clothes, including the colours blue and yellow which are the colours of the charity. All the children took part in a sponsored obstacle race in which they transported coloured water over an obstacle course. The children enjoyed naming two toy puppy dogs. Eliza and Sebastian, who guessed the right names, were able to keep the toy puppies. Finally, each year group collected coins. The children are looking forward to meeting a guide dog soon.
