One Night At The Palladian

One Night At The Palladian

On the 27th 2019 children from Widcombe Infant School participated on One Night At The Palladian which is a celebration of the Arts across our Palladian Academy Trust. It took place at the Bath Forum with an audience of over 1,000. Being an infant school our children were some of the youngest performers. Over 100 of our children aged

4-7 sang ‘One Little Voice’ in our school choir. It included solos, duets and groups of children from Year 2 singing, as well as the whole choir. One of our Year 2 classes also performed a contemporary dance to ‘A Million Dreams’ from The Greatest Showman. This was choreographed by their teacher Miss Beatrice Hotchkiss.

A special highlight of the evening was all the performers from all the schools across our Trust performed ‘This Is Me’ from the Greatest Showman as a grand finale.

School art work was displayed in the entrance for the audience to enjoy during the interval. We are very proud of our children’s contribution to this special event.
